Al Benson

I grew up in the 50’s and early 60’s and listened to the Hound on KB and WINE. I lived in Medina, N.Y and attended DeSales CS HS in Lockport from ’57 to ’61. I also listened to him on WBLK in the 60’s. I actually meant the “Hound” one day at WINE in Amherst. He was a vibrant part of our lives and the music of that era. I wish we had someone like him today. God Bless Mr.Lorenz and his family and may his name and presence live on.
