Fifty years ago, when I lived in Toronto, ON., I sent a cheque to George to purchase his “SOUVENIR ALBUM”. He sent me a signed copy with the inscription, To – HF Terry – a TO cat who digs “The Dog”. Being the great promoter that he was, he never cashed my cheque! Needless to say, I spread the word about this great D.J.
